Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Interior AI mobile app (the "App"), operated by RollBase ("we," "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with permission from a parent or guardian.
2. The service
Interior AI lets you upload a photo of a room and receive a re-imagined version of that room in a different style using third-party AI image-generation services. Generations are approximations — they may not perfectly reflect your room and may contain visual artifacts.
3. Subscriptions and free runs
The App includes a free preview (a limited number of generations). Continued use requires an in-app subscription ("Pro"). Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing. Your iTunes/Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and again at the start of each renewal period.
- Managing or canceling. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then.
- Price. Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase. We may change prices for future billing periods; if we do, we'll notify you and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
4. Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their refund policy. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos that contain other people without their consent, or that contain children whose parent/guardian has not consented.
- Upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Attempt to generate sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content. Our model providers may refuse such requests, and repeated attempts may result in your access being limited or terminated.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access non-public parts of the service.
- Use the service to build a competing product, or resell access to the service.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display your photo and the generated result only to operate and provide the App to you.
Generated images are made for you and you are free to use them personally. Because they are produced by an AI model trained on third-party data, we make no warranty that they are free of third-party rights and you are responsible for any use you make of them.
7. AI output — no warranty
The App generates images using machine learning. We don't guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or quality of any generation. Outputs may be unexpected, inaccurate, or biased. Don't rely on the App for professional design decisions; consult a qualified designer or contractor before making physical changes to a property.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Cancellation of a subscription is handled through the App Store as described above.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may change or stop providing the App at any time. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and, where required, notify you in the App. Your continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RollBase is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
12. Apple-specific terms
If you obtained the App from Apple's App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and us; Apple is not a party.
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or intellectual-property issues arising from the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
