Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Interior AI (the “App”), operated by RollBase ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App on iOS or Android. We try to keep this short and honest.
1. Information we collect
a) Photos and prompts you submit
When you choose a photo from your library or take one with the camera, the photo is uploaded to our service to generate a redesigned image. Any text prompt you type or speak ("refinements") is sent with the photo. The generated image is returned to your device and shown to you in the App.
Photos and prompts are processed by our generation provider (Replicate) using the google/nano-banana image model. We do not pass photos to any third-party advertising service, and we do not authorize third parties to use your photos to train models.
b) Subscription information
Subscriptions are processed by Apple (via StoreKit / App Store) and managed by our subscription provider, RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status, the product purchased, transaction identifiers, and an anonymous RevenueCat customer ID. We do not see your full Apple ID, payment method, or billing address — Apple handles billing.
c) Device and usage data
We collect minimal device and usage data:
- A randomly-generated device identifier stored on your device.
- Basic device characteristics (model, OS version, app version, locale) for debugging and abuse prevention.
- Aggregate counts of generations performed (used to enforce free-tier limits and to monitor service health).
We do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
d) Information you choose to share
If you contact us (e.g., feedback emails), we receive whatever you send us. We use it to respond and to improve the App.
2. How we use information
- To generate redesigned images and refinements from your photos.
- To run, secure, and improve the App and our service.
- To process and verify your subscription.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use.
- To respond to your support requests and feedback.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
We rely on a small set of third-party services to operate the App. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy practices:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit — processes subscription purchases. See Apple's privacy policy.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription state and entitlement. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
- Replicate — runs the AI image-generation model on your submitted photo and prompt. See Replicate's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts our worker that brokers requests between the App and Replicate. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
4. Retention
- Photos and prompts you submit — temporarily held by Replicate for processing and then deleted in accordance with Replicate's data retention policies. We do not store the original photo on our own servers beyond the time needed to fulfill the request.
- Generated images — URLs are returned to your device. Your App stores a reference to recent generations locally so you can revisit them.
- Subscription records — kept for as long as your subscription is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law.
5. Your choices and rights
- Don't upload a photo you don't want processed. You control which photo gets sent.
- Camera and photo library access can be revoked at any time via iOS/Android Settings → Interior AI.
- Cancel your subscription in the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play.
- Delete your account / data: email hello@rollbase.ai with your device identifier (Settings → User ID in the App). We'll remove what we hold within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, under the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California). To exercise them, contact us at the email above.
6. Children
Interior AI is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
7. Security
Connections between the App and our service use HTTPS. We restrict access to data on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
8. International transfers
Our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. By using the App, you understand your information may be processed in those countries.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where required, notify you in the App.
