Support
The fastest way to get help is to email hello@rollbase.ai. Include your User ID (Settings menu → tap User ID to copy) so we can find your account.

Most issues — restoring a purchase, canceling a subscription,
requesting a refund — are covered there with step-by-step
instructions.
What to include in your email
- User ID — copy from the in-app Settings menu.
- Device + iOS version (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18).
- A short description of what you were trying to do.
- Screenshots if relevant.
Subscription help
- How to cancel — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Interior AI → Cancel.
- Refund requests are processed by Apple, not by us.
- Already paid but still gated? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase.
Privacy and data
See our Privacy Policy. To delete the data we hold for your device, email hello@rollbase.ai with your User ID. We'll process the request within 30 days.
